Woodstock microHomes can be permanently installed on concrete piers or a concrete slab. Alternatively, the 20-foot model can be placed on a tiny house trailer.
Houses come equipped with an efficient minisplit ductless system for heat & AC. Everything is prepared for you to quickly and easily install the unit upon delivery.
Woodstock microHomes are very well insulated. All models comply with NY State energy regulations and are suitable for all climates.
All Woodstock microHomes come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
We ship throughout the continental United States, Canada and Costa Rica. The cost for delivery ranges from $2500-6000 depending on your location.

Woodstock microHomes arrive completely assembled, ready to install.
Woodstock microHomes come with a conventional toilet ready to be connected to a septic system. It can be easily replaced with a composting toilet. Please check with your local board of health for regulations.
There is an on-demand hot water system installed.
It can be easily connected to solar power, although we do not offer solar power at this time.
The kitchen is designed to accommodate a convection-microwave combo and a 2-burner induction or electric stove. While these appliances are not included, we are happy to offer recommendations.
All Woodstock microHomes are constructed at a state-of-the-art factory in China under our company’s close supervision.

We do not get involved with installation at any level.
Houses can be custom painted to the color of your choice for an additional fee. You can also paint your house yourself with exterior paint designed for metal.
